Trained at the Aiala Hospitality School under Karlos Arguiñano and the Basque Culinary Center, she honed her skills working at Arzak and El Bulli, where she mastered the art of blending tradition and innovation. Together with Adrián de Marcos, she embarked on the journey of Magoga, a project where she brought her dreams to life. Her cuisine, inspired by Cartagena’s history and the flavors of her childhood, has been honored with 1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Suns.
